Job Ascend lists your skills, your experience and what you charge, where people in your own area are looking for someone to hire. Because we have checked who you are and where you live, they are far more likely to call you than someone they have never heard of.

How to get listed

1. Speak to a Job Ascend agent in your area. They will explain everything and answer your questions before you commit to anything.
2. Ask your local councillor or induna to complete the address confirmation form the agent gives you. This is what earns you a Gold listing.
3. If you can, apply to SAPS for a police clearance certificate. That makes your listing Platinum, and many people will only hire at that level.
4. Sign the forms and hand them back to your agent. Once your listing is live, people can find you.

Being honest pays

Tell your agent exactly what you can and cannot do. Claiming experience you do not have will get you called out to a job you cannot finish, and we will remove a listing where we find the information given to us was false.
